The
Jensen family is committed to raising healthy animals in the most natural
environment possible producing animals that are plentiful in the healthy
omega 3's and low in the extra fat and harmful chemicals that antibiotic
laden grain fed animals carry in their systems. This means they have
focused on hardy and efficient meat producing cattle breeds such as the
Scottish Highland Cattle, Lowline Angus, and Belted Galloway Cattle.
They also raise range fed chickens each summer. Most of their animals
are primarily for their immediate family's needs, but occasionally have
animals for sale.
